HRL Tutors Competencies and Responsibilities


Thank you for your interest to be a tutor with HRL Academy, the Academy is a dedicated health regulation, quality and safety education platform providing different type of online educations aiming to improving safety and quality of health service provision in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and internationally. HRL Academy educational services and programs may include, but not limited to 1) Online Continuous Medical Education (CME), 2) Certifications and 3) Live webinar. HRL programs are provided by international tutors who are recognized globally as experts in the field of quality and safety. The competencies and responsibilities required of HRL tutor are as follows:

Professional qualifications and experience:

Physician or Dentist must have status of specialist and have held their specialist title for at least five years. Nurse or Allied Health Professionals must have held senior clinical and leadership positions for at least seven years’ experience in such positions. Health Administrators must hold a qualification in management and have held senior positions and / or have had health administrative responsibility for a period of at least five years. Quality Managers must have held senior positions in management and / or have had administrative responsibility for quality and safety programs and have held a position at this level for at least five years. By purchasing Products and/or Services, you agree to pay HRL annual subscription fees indicated for such Product or Service. Payments will be due as of the first day you sign up for a Product and/or Services, and will cover an annual period, as indicated when signing up.
