Jane has diverse and extensive experience in senior nursing executive positions at state, national and international levels, she has held positions of Chief Nursing Information Officer, Director of Nursing, General Manager, Consultant, and Strategic Planner as well as participating in the faculty of a number Universities such as Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, University of Western Sydney, Sydney University and UTS. Jane had the opportunity to work with many Government agencies both within Australia and internationally over the last fifteen years and has held voluntary positions such as President and Treasurer on professional organizations and Boards within both Australia and the Middle East. This experience has ensured that she has well-developed decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills

Jane has worked at both strategic and operational levels and is frequently requested to provide consultancy services particularly focussed on planning, financial management as well as contingency and risk management. Her professional focus is dedicated to research and education to support the development of staff. This is demonstrated by over 30 invitations to present at international conferences in the last 10 years and over 10 journal publications
