Sarah Mansfield is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the Middle East and Europe. She specializes in regulatory matters related to quality, compliance, and operational risk strategies in the healthcare industry. Sarah has extensive knowledge and expertise in conformity and enforcement.

Sarah's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health & Safety from University College Dublin (UCD), a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Law from Trinity College, and a Post Graduate qualification in Healthcare Risk Management, also from UCD, all obtained in Ireland.

As a strategic leader, Sarah excels in designing and implementing robust systems while motivating and mobilizing teams. She has experience working under tight deadlines in diverse industries and locations, successfully navigating global legislative boundaries and adhering to international best practices.

Sarah played a pivotal role in achieving five JCI Accreditations in both Ireland and the United Arab Emirates. She worked as an Associate Partner and provided risk and legal mitigation advice for Marsh Ireland, working with 25 hospitals, colleges, service contractors, pharmaceutical companies, and hazardous material manufacturers.

In her most recent role in Ireland, Sarah served as the Head of General Services and Safety at the Blackrock Health Group for nearly four years. During this time, she established a comprehensive risk, quality, and safety program across three sites, implementing evidence-based best practices and performance metrics. Sarah also chaired several operational and service committees.

Some notable achievements in which Sarah played a key role include JCI re-accreditation, INAB & JAG re-accreditation, receiving the IBEC Keep Well Certification, and being awarded Environmental ECO Merit Awards. She also designed customized business intelligence platforms for risk, safety, environmental audits, and corrective actions.

During her tenure at Dubai Healthcare City Regulation (DHCR), Sarah served as the Head of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and was responsible for driving standards and compliance within the freezone. She developed an online incident reporting system and provided regulatory advisory services to clients on ISQUA, JCI, DHA, and the Minister for Health and Civil Defence.

Sarah developed a centralized EHS platform that catered to all sectors, offering operational support, risk guidance, safety consultations, and promoting unified performance in EHS. This approach aimed to protect the brand and enhance business excellence.

Furthermore, Sarah holds certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. She is also a Certified Manual Handling Trainer.
